Overview of Essex Web Solutions Content Management Program:
- Essex Web Solutions can maintain your company website for a nominal monthly fee. This service includes testing website functionality on an on-going basis, typographic and photographic changes and additions to content within existing pages.
- Content Management also includes full technical support for email, hosting, and general web site issues.
- The monthly management program allows up to two hours of updates per month.
- Content Management does not include the addition of new pages, taking new photographs, changes to the design and look of the website, changes to site navigation, changes to JavaScript, or structural changes to a database or shopping cart.
- Changes should be emailed to updates@essexwebsolutions.com. Small changes can be marked up on a printout and faxed to 08702 863-574 Verbal changes can not be accepted.
- Changes submitted will be completed within three business days.
